Home Description:
The Malbec home blends modern and rustic traditional elements with natural material resulting in what Steeple Pointe Homes refers to as a “warm modern” style. This warm modern look starts at the front elevation with an abundant use of cultured stone combined with an impressive front entry way.

Visitors and guests are greeted by an inviting foyer and an open view through the two-story great room to a bank of large windows that overlook the back yard. As you walk through the Malbec, you’ll notice the clean lines of its warm modern style via accented arched entryways, rounded corners, engineered wood floors, an open stair case, abundant handcrafted modern cabinetry, and generous recessed lighting. The open concept kitchen in this luxury home boasts modern cabinets, a built-in range top and vent hood and in-wall convection oven and microwave. A large walk-in pantry and oversized island, perfect for casual dining, tops off this clean and modern kitchen design. The master bath offers a large walk-in closet, his and hers sinks and a ceramic tile walk-in shower that provides the perfect sanctuary any time of day.

People’s Choice Nomination for Best Room: Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of the Malbec, and it’s no coincidence that all the major rooms of this home flow from its open concept design. The kitchen’s sink and range are centered on the fireplace, creating a line of sight that is both functional and beautiful. The Malbec’s most important feature, however, is the gorgeous, oversized island: this will be the hardest-working element in the home, offering a place to prepare meals, seat family and friends, and entertain. Bon Appetit!

Steeple Pointe’s Design Process
The perfect custom home starts with your ideas! Steeple Pointe architects will meet with you to learn about you, your lifestyle, and what you need and want in your new home. The concepts are sketched out by hand, allowing you to easily weigh in on your home’s early design in a collaborative manner. Next, through continued conversation and collaboration, we will create a digital rendering of your home design. Ultimately, we present you with a detailed proposal that outlines your pre-determined, not-to-exceed budget.

Clear & Open Communication
When you work with Steeple Pointe, you stay involved in the building process from concept through construction. Your project manager will guide you, letting you know what to expect and how to proceed. Be assured that the experts at Steeple Pointe readily provide practical advice and insight to make the process run as smoothly as possible.
