Greige. Have you heard of it? It’s the internet’s favorite understated hue, and has been dubbed the “hottest neutral” by HGTV. It’s the perfect combination of gray and beige, and we’ve created a greige decorating palette for The Brightwater that we can’t wait for you to experience.
It begins outside, where an interesting combination of taupe and gray cement board and shake siding natural thin stone, Sahara Tan carriage garage doors, and decorative gables clad the exterior, and give this home amazing curb appeal.
Ten foot ceilings in the foyer and great room set the tone for this stunning home that offers 3,500 sq. ft. of living space. A formal dining room is located near the front of the home, and can easily be customized to use as a home office. A corner fireplace, with floor-toceiling natural thin stone and Hickory wood mantel, is the highlight of the great room. The area is open to the dinette and kitchen, creating a natural gathering space for family and friends. Rustic luxury vinyl plank floors flow through the kitchen and dinette. An 8 ft. tall patio door and two large windows allow for great views and make it easy to expand entertaining to the backyard. A 10 ft. island visually defines the kitchen. Quartz-topped island with seating. Creamy white Maple cabinets surround the perimeter of the room, and offset the warm gray Hickory island and range hood. Other farmhousestyled details include an apron sink and rustic barn door on the pantry. You’ll also find a few unexpected, albeit fun, surprises, like a modern pop from the textured glass subway tiles on the backsplash, and floating shelves next to the refrigerator.
