Hillcrest is sharing with you the Elizabeth III with a “country estate twist” in Twin Pine Farm in Lisbon. Hillcrest has an extensive practice of building on country lots and subdivisions that allow outbuildings. We lay claim to the term “above-ground man cave”, and in this Parade model are showing a quaint detached garage for the sports car/brew pub/shop/garden shed. Part of making this type of setup right is to create the “barnyard” feel for aesthetics and outdoor living in the backyard. Therefore, we have added a screen porch to the home and patio attached that visually and layout-wise connects to the outbuilding.
