Dawn Adamec, Interior Designer, designed the interior 
for NuPath Homes’ parade model. She has more than 
30 years of experience in commercial and residential 
interior design.  She works with Espire and her  
other customers from Steinhafels’ Decorating  
Solutions to select furniture, lighting, accessories, and 
window treatments that complement each home’s 
unique features. If Dawn’s work seems familiar, you 
may have seen her projects featured in the Milwaukee 
Journal Sentinel, M Magazine, and Milwaukee  
Magazine. Dawn strives to create spaces that are  
aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and most of all -  
a reflection of the homeowner.
